Breega

Breega was founded in 2013 and closed its first fund in 2015. It is an early-stage venture capital firm investing from pre-seed to Series A+ across Europe and Africa, with a focus on Digital, Climate and Deep Tech companies.

The firm combines investment capital with an in-house Scaling Squad that supports portfolio companies on hiring, sales, marketing, strategy and revenue operations. Its portfolio includes more than 110 startups, including Exotec, Alice & Bob, Moneybox and 011H.

Breega is especially distinctive for its founders-and-operators model and its hands-on support after investment. Its 2024 Africa Seed I launch expanded the strategy beyond Europe into early-stage African technology companies, while maintaining a focus on fintech, insurtech, healthtech, logistics, edtech, agtech and climate tech.
