Best Star Real Estate Limited was incorporated in the UK on 13 September 2018. The business was established as a joint venture between Best Hospitality, a US-based mixed-use real estate owner and operator, and STAR Real Estate, a London-based developer and asset manager.

The firm invests in and develops commercial and residential property, with a focus on central London and the wider UK. Its work spans acquisition, planning, development and asset management rather than conventional residential property management, tenant screening or rent collection.

Best Star is particularly focused on value creation in complex or underperforming assets. A representative project is 83 Pall Mall in St James’s, where it led the refurbishment of a Grade II-listed building into a sustainable office scheme achieving BREEAM Outstanding and WiredScore Gold certification.
