B2C2

Founded in 2015, B2C2 is a UK-headquartered institutional digital-asset liquidity provider and market maker. SBI Financial Services acquired 90% of the company on December 15, 2020, making B2C2 part of Japan-based SBI Holdings’ financial-services group.

B2C2 acts as a trading counterparty for institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers, banks, brokers, exchanges, fintechs and crypto projects. Its products cover OTC spot trading, derivatives, funding and stablecoin swaps, with electronic connectivity through REST, WebSocket and FIX APIs as well as web and voice execution.

The firm is especially strong in always-on liquidity and execution for larger or more bespoke institutional trades: B2C2 says it has traded $2 trillion in cryptocurrency since 2016 and supports liquidity across more than 75 cryptocurrency and fiat pairs. Its UK subsidiary, B2C2 OTC Ltd, is authorised and regulated by the FCA, while B2C2 Europe is authorised under the EU’s MiCA framework in Luxembourg.
