Ayvens

Ayvens was created when ALD Automotive completed its acquisition of LeasePlan on May 22, 2023; the combined business adopted the Ayvens name on October 16, 2023. Its predecessor businesses date to LeasePlan’s founding in Amsterdam in 1963 and ALD Automotive’s founding in Paris in 1968.

The company provides full-service vehicle leasing, fleet management, flexible subscriptions and multi-mobility services to large corporates, SMEs, professionals and private customers. Its offering covers vehicle financing, maintenance, insurance, fleet consultancy, digital tools, charging support and used-vehicle sales.

Ayvens is especially strong in multi-brand fleet operations and electrification. At December 31, 2025, it managed 3.175 million vehicles across 41 countries, including 729,000 electric vehicles, while its earning assets stood at €53.045 billion. The business is also a major platform for corporate fleet-transition advice, using its scale and vehicle data to help customers manage cost, risk and emissions.
