AXA Investment Managers

AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) operated as the asset-management arm of AXA Group, offering traditional and alternative investment strategies across equities, fixed income, multi-asset, real estate and private markets. AXA completed its sale of AXA IM to BNP Paribas on July 1, 2025, for €5.1 billion.

Following the merger of AXA Investment Managers Paris and BNP Paribas Asset Management Europe on December 31, 2025, the combined company operates under the BNP Paribas Asset Management Europe name. This is important for applicants: the AXA IM brand and careers pages may still appear online, but many roles and teams now sit within the BNP Paribas asset-management platform.

Before the transaction, AXA IM was especially known for responsible investment and alternative assets. It reported €480 billion in ESG-integrated, sustainable or impact assets, while its alternatives division was ranked the leading European real-estate investment manager by IPE and had a substantial platform in private debt, infrastructure and private equity.
