AURIS Finance

Founded in 2000 by Jacques Roboh, AURIS Finance is an independent French advisory firm with offices in Paris, Lyon and Nantes. It works mainly with SMEs and ETIs, supporting business leaders on transactions affecting their ownership and capital structure.

Its services cover sell-side and buy-side M&A, company valuations, fundraising, financing and capital restructuring. The firm coordinates the transaction process from strategic preparation and target or buyer identification through negotiation, due diligence and completion.

AURIS Finance is particularly sector-led: its team includes former business executives and specialists covering areas such as food, healthcare, industry, technology, human resources, environmental services, transport and insurance. It reports 410 completed transactions and €6.2 billion in client turnover transmitted.
