ARR Investment Partners

ARR Investment Partners is a London-based investment boutique advising a global equity long/short strategy for professional investors. Christian Putz has led the strategy since 2015; ARR Investment Partners Ltd was incorporated in the UK on 17 August 2018. The firm launched a Cayman fund in February 2026 after building a 5+ year separately managed account track record.

The investment process combines quantitative screening with fundamental analysis. Its proprietary PARIS system screens more than 7,000 liquid stocks daily, looking for four recurring patterns: Rebound, Dynamic Profit Growth, Bubble and Structural Losers. The resulting portfolio uses high-conviction long and short positions, with broader risk managed through sector or index ETFs and futures.

ARR is particularly focused on asymmetric risk-reward opportunities and limiting losses during severe market corrections. The firm states that the strategy produced positive returns in seven of the ten worst months for the MSCI All Country World Index since 2015, and that it won the 2024 HFM European Performance Award for Global Equity Under $500m.
