Founded in 2003 after the dotcom era, Arma Partners began as a four-person London advisory firm focused on software M&A. It now operates as a specialist corporate-finance adviser to companies and investors across the global Digital Economy, with offices in London, Munich, New York and Palo Alto.

Arma advises founder-led businesses, private-equity-backed companies, strategic buyers and public companies across application software, IT services, fintech, digital banking, cybersecurity, data, communications, industrial technology and digital media.
