Its UK legal entity was incorporated on 4 June 1998 and previously traded under the names Armajaro Securities Limited and Amius Investor Services Limited.

The firm provides tailored risk-management solutions, OTC derivatives and hedging strategies for commodity producers, processors and merchants. Its offering covers agricultural and soft commodities, foreign exchange, commodity execution and broader risk advisory; the company also works with corporates and asset managers on exposures including FX and interest rates.
