Aluna Partners Ltd was incorporated in the UK on 28 January 2021 and operates from London. The firm was formed to help clients navigate capital, investment management and advisory needs through an integrated model.

Its main activities are asset-backed finance, trade finance, investment management and investment banking. In asset-backed finance, it structures funding for originators and supports portfolios including SME loans, invoice finance, equipment leasing, consumer loans, credit cards, auto loans and buy-now-pay-later receivables.

The firm is especially focused on structured credit execution: securitisations, receivables-backed facilities, SPV structures and credit-enhancement mechanisms. A 2025 transaction involved a receivables-backed unitranche facility of up to $10 million for a South African fintech, using a UK orphan SPV and a true-sale structure.
