Altman Solon

Altman Solon was founded in 2020 through the merger of U.S.-based Altman Vilandrie & Company and Europe-based Solon Management Consulting, which had worked as partners for a decade. At formation, the combined firm reported projects in more than 100 countries and approximately 300 employees across eight offices.

The firm advises TMT companies and investors on growth strategy, market entry, go-to-market, M&A and private-equity diligence, operating-model transformation, and network planning. Its work spans telecom infrastructure, media and streaming, software, cloud, AI, data centers, semiconductors, and digital platforms.

Altman Solon is especially strong in telecom strategy and transactions: the firm says it has advised on thousands of telecom projects, including network strategy, fiber and tower transactions, diligence, carve-outs, and post-deal integration. In a 2023 survey by German business magazine CAPITAL and research institute WGMB, it was ranked the #1 consulting firm for TMT industry expertise.
