About Allia C&C
Allia C&C is the financial-services arm of the Allia charitable group, which was founded in 1999. Its legal entity was incorporated in 2016 under the name City & Continental Ltd and adopted the Allia C&C name in 2023.
The firm advises borrowers on treasury, financial modelling, debt structuring and execution, covering bank debt, bonds, private placements and derivatives. It also provides fixed-income brokerage and custody services for professional and institutional investors, and operates Allia Bond Services for bond issuers and special-purpose vehicles.
Its strongest specialism is arranging debt and capital-markets funding for organisations with a social or environmental purpose, including social-housing providers, care organisations, charities, education bodies, specialist lenders and other responsible businesses. It is particularly associated with retail-eligible and small-denomination bonds, including the Retail Charity Bonds platform. This means the existing description is directionally right on impact finance, but understates Allia C&C's role as a regulated adviser, broker and capital-markets intermediary rather than primarily a direct community lender.
