About Aksia

Aksia began operations in October 2006, founded by six former members of Credit Suisse’s Hedge Fund Investment Group. It is headquartered in New York and is 100% employee owned.

The firm advises institutional investors on alternative investments and also manages assets for certain clients. Its services include manager and deal research, investment and operational due diligence, portfolio construction, risk oversight, reporting, and middle- and back-office support.

Aksia covers private credit, hedge funds, private equity, and real assets, with particular depth in private credit and hedge-fund manager selection. Its platform spans primary funds, co-investments, and secondaries, supported by proprietary portfolio and risk technology.
