Founded in 2016 and headquartered in London, Akereos Capital is an investment-banking boutique focused exclusively on the energy transition. It has also established a second hub in Hamburg.

The firm advises renewable-energy developers, independent power producers, private-equity firms and infrastructure funds across M&A, debt advisory, intermediate capital, private capital and energy-markets solutions, including power-purchase agreements.
