AIB Group plc

AIB was incorporated in Ireland in September 1966 through the amalgamation of the Royal Bank of Ireland, the Provincial Bank of Ireland and the Munster and Leinster Bank. It is now one of Ireland’s principal banking groups, with operations predominantly in Ireland, the UK and the United States.

AIB provides retail and SME banking through branch and digital channels, alongside corporate banking, capital markets, private banking and climate and infrastructure finance. Its graduate opportunities span areas including retail banking, capital markets, risk, finance, technology, strategy and sustainability.

The group is particularly strong in Irish retail and SME banking and is expanding its climate-finance platform, which lends to renewable-energy and infrastructure projects across Ireland, the UK, Europe and North America.
